This privacy policy will explain how our organisation (Scaia Technologies) uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our app “Tossy”.
What data do we collect?
We collect the following personal identification information:
email address (only if you create an account inside the app)
username (only if you specify this information in the Settings)
information about the country you are located in (only if you disclose this information in the Leaderboards tab to get access to the national leaderboards)
information about your device - manufacturer and model.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide us with the data we collect about your email, username, country. We collect data and process data when you create an account in the app, specify your username in the setting or specify your country in the Leaderboards tab. The data about your device is collected when you open the app for the first time.
How will we use your data?
We collect your email and password for identification purposes(account creation), we use your username to display your records in the Leaderboards(global, national, personal) .
We also collect the information about the country you are located in for the purpose of displaying your records on the national leaderboard.
We collect the information about your device to have the possibility to implement device leaderboards with future updates of the app.
How long do we store your data?
Your personal data will be stored as long as your account is active (see the instruction to delete your account here: https://sites.google.com/view/scaia-technologies/tosser/data-safety)
Who will have access to your data?
Your personal data might be processed by individuals cooperating with Scaia Technologies on employment, B2B basis or civil-law contract basis.

Children
We place a high value on protecting the privacy of children when they use our app. Our app is generally not intended for children under the age of 13 (or other ages stipulated by local laws), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will remove any such data that we have collected, except in situations where we have a legal obligation to retain it, and we will close the child's account.
